Consumer Rights Lawyers

We Sue Debt Collectors

Our Consumer Rights Lawyers represent consumers that receive unwanted cell phone calls also known as robocalls, or are victims of debt harassment by debt collectors, have past due or overwhelming credit card debt or medical bills, are seeking chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy advice or representation, or are in mortgage foreclosure. Debt collectors will lie, cheat and steal to take your hard earned money. They will track you down, call your cell phone, harass you, ruin your reputation, attack your character, come to your home, take your car, or garnish your hard-earned paycheck. They will threaten you with phony penalties, usury interest rates, negative hits to your credit report, lawsuits, garnishments, and in some cases they will threaten you with jail. The first mistake that most consumers make is that they don’t think they have rights or options and they don’t think they can fight back. Our consumer rights lawyers sue debt collectors, represent consumers against debt collectors, and work to help our clients get the relief from their debt that they need.

SCAM ALERT. CALL OR OFFICES TO DISCUSS YOUR COLLECTION LETTERS PRIOR TO MAKING ANY PAYMENTS Here is an actual example of a debt collection scam going around that one of our client's walked in our office with. It appears to be an actual collection letter from a real company (There is a Recovery Solutions Group out there). However, these scam artists simply stole this companies identity and started sending out collection letters over old debt. There are little red flags like the client could not remember this "Quick Pay" creditor and the fact that there is no mailing or physical address listed anywhere in this 3 page letter. Legitimate debt collectors have mailing and physical address. Don't be a victim!

Sometimes, it is the small things that make us smile, like kind emails from a thankful client as below or the feeling that you actually helped someone that was in need of it.

Good Day,

I received the first installment and I want to take a moment to say thank you for taking your profession seriously. When this event began I called several firms for advice or assistance and everyone that I reached out responded that the only thing I can do is to file bankruptcy, of course I was upset with their response and their presumption that I was guilty. I continued my search and located you just surfing the net, I send you a message and you responded without judgment and with genuine care, not one moment did you requested monetary compensation. You just asked "is it yours, no okay". Let me handle it, and you did. From the bottom of my heart I thank you, may you continue having success in your life and endless blessings. Have a wonderful year.

Kind Regards,
Client x

SCAVENGER REPORT! LVNV Funding recently purchased a client's 13 year old Rooms To Go Judgment from another county when this client was younger and married. Now client is single parent and LVNV is garnishing client's wages and taking food and shelter right of a child's mouth. Scavenges are just nasty and disgusting.
